Energy Hardship: A Guide for Agencies is a comprehensive guide for community workers who are assisting energy customers in financial hardship.
Note: The guide was first published in 2007. In 2009 it was updated with an addendum, but there have since been major changes to the Victorian energy market. The guide remains useful as a source of general information and advice about assisting customers in hardship, but workers should refer to more recent sources for:
- contact details
- information about energy companies' legal obligations, and
- currently available concessions and grants.
