A Guide to complaints (Dari)

The Association of Hazaras has produced a guide in Dari outlining the steps to follow for energy complaints and disputes.

The guide is based on the Essential Services Commission's guide 'Your Billing Rights with Electricity & Gas Retailers'.

The Association of Hazaras has translated the guide as part of their EIF project, the Energy Education Project.
