This brochure is for consumers who are having trouble paying their energy bills. It describes the steps to take to:

  • get help with energy bills
  • avoid disconnection, and
  • resolve disputes.

It also has phone numbers for retailers, the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) and the Department of Human Services' Concessions Information Line.
