Scope has developed an ‘Easy English’ (easy to read) version of CUAC's guide to Using New Tools to Understand and Manage Electricity Use. Easy English can be helpful for people with a disability, people with reading difficulties and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
The guide discusses smart meters and some of the technology that provides consumers with access to their smart meter information.
