Scope has developed an ‘Easy English’ (easy to read) version of CUAC's guide to understanding energy basics. Easy English can be helpful for people with a disability, people with reading difficulties and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
The guide outlines important information to help people understand energy. The guide shows:
- types of energy companies
- how to read energy bills
- how you pay for energy
- how to get a concession on energy.
