Understanding Energy (easy to read translations)

Scope has developed an ‘Easy English’ (easy to read) version of CUAC's guide to understanding energy basics. Easy English can be helpful for people with a disability, people with reading difficulties and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The guide outlines important information to help people understand energy.  The guide shows:

  • types of energy companies
  • how to read energy bills
  • how you pay for energy
  • how to get a concession on energy.

The easy to read guide is available in:

  • Arabic
  • English
  • Greek
  • Italian
  • Macedonian
  • Mandarin
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese

A text only version of this guide is available here.

Scope has produced this guide as part of their Energy Information Fund project, Easy to Read Energy Information.
